Our next available booking date is May 25th onwards.
1. Custom-Made Design vs. Duplication
Our "Made from Scratch" Promise: We want your business to stand out! That’s why every logo, color, and layout we create is custom-made specifically for you. We do not use ready-made templates because your business isn't like everyone else’s—it deserves its own unique identity.
The "Visual Source" Rule for Colors: To make sure the colors we use are exactly what you envisioned, we pull the color palette directly from the photos and swatches provided in your Moodboard.
Precision: We extract the exact colors from your visuals to ensure harmony.
Consistency: By using your submitted moodboard as our only source, we ensure the final design matches the "vibe" you originally envisioned.
Why We "Tailor" instead of "Copy": Our goal is to protect your business. Sometimes, it is tempting to want a logo that looks exactly like a famous brand. However, we are here to ensure your brand is legally safe.
The Risk of Copying: If a brand is too similar to another, it can lead to legal problems. We want your brand to be 100% yours.
Using Inspiration Safely: We use your moodboard for inspiration. For example, if you love the "clean feeling" of a certain brand, we will create a new design that gives you that same feeling but is completely original.
Regarding Fonts: We use professional, licensed fonts. While we provide the final designs, we cannot give you the actual "font file" (the software) due to licensing laws. If you wish to use the font for your own typing, we can guide you on where to purchase your own legal license.
Our Selection Process: We always aim to find beautiful fonts for your brand. Where possible, we look for high-quality fonts that are free for you to use. However, the final font choice depends entirely on the Moodboard and the "vibe" we are trying to achieve for your business.
Licensing and Ownership: Some of the professional fonts we use in our design studio are licensed specifically to us.
The Final Design: You can use your final logo and graphics (the images we send you) anywhere without any problems.
The "System Detect" & Extra Use: If you want to install the same font on your computer to type your own documents or use it on your website, systems (like Canva, Adobe, or web hosts) may detect that the font is copyrighted.
Your Responsibility: If this happens, we will send you the official link where you can purchase your own license. This ensures your business stays 100% legal and professional as you grow.
2. The Critical Role of the Moodboard
Think of the Moodboard as the "heart" of our project. It is the most important step because it serves as our map.
The Foundation: Since we build everything based on this board, it is very important that the colors and photos you send truly represent the "vibe" you want.
Accuracy: All designs and color palettes will be based strictly on this board. We cannot use a professional blue moodboard and expect a playful pink outcome. Let’s work together to make sure the board is perfect before we start!
3. Why Payments are Non-Refundable
Our studio puts a lot of heart and hours into the "hidden" part of design—the Strategy and Planning.
The Work Behind the Scenes: Before we even start drawing, we spend hours researching your industry and competitors to make sure your brand will actually work in the real world.
Our Commitment: When you book a slot, we set aside that specific time just for you and decline other potential projects. Because we start this strategic work the moment the project begins, all payments are non-refundable.
4. Change of Direction & Mid-Project Rework
We work in "Milestones" so that you are involved every step of the way.
Staying on Track: Once we both agree on a Moodboard, the "Creative Direction" is locked in.
The 80% Rule: If you decide to change your mind or want a totally different look after we have already finished 80% of the work, we have to "restart" the process.
Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages, loss of income, or missed launch dates caused by a request to restart.
Extra Fees: Since we have to set aside the previous work and start the strategy from zero, an Additional Design Fee will be required to cover the new labor.
5. Your Final Files & Master Files
When we finish, we will send you high-quality files perfect for social media, your website, and printing (PNG, JPG, and PDF).
About Source Files (.AI, .PSD, .SVG): We strictly do not provide the "Master Files" or "Source Files" by default. These files are the intellectual property of our studio.
If you need them: If you require editable master files, please let us know before we start. There is an additional Source File Buyout Fee to purchase the ownership of these files.
6. Timelines and Delivery Dates
Our Scheduling: The standard delivery date for your project will be clearly stated in your Package and your Invoice. This is the timeline we aim for to ensure the highest quality of work.
What Can Change the Date? Please note that these dates are "estimated." The final delivery depends on two things:
Your Feedback: How quickly you respond to our messages and requirements.
Revision Requests: If there are many rounds of changes, the timeline will naturally extend.
Rush Fees: If you have a strict deadline and need your project finished faster than our standard timeline, Rush Fees will apply. These fees range from 30% to 100% of the total project cost, depending on how fast you need it and our current studio availability.
7. Final Approval and Post-Project Changes
The "Wrap-Up" Phase: Once you have approved your logo and brand elements, we begin the technical work of "wrapping up" your files (exporting, organizing, and preparing different formats).
Changes After Approval: Because we have already moved into the final production stage, any revision requests made after you have given final approval will be subject to Additional Fees.
Our Availability: As our studio continues to grow, our calendar is usually fully booked for the next 15 days. If you request changes after we have finished, we may not be able to work on them immediately. Your request will be scheduled according to our next available opening.
8. Revisions vs. Project Overhauls
8.1 Definition of Revisions
A "Revision" refers to minor iterations, refinements, or cosmetic adjustments made to an already approved design direction or concept. Revisions are intended to polish existing work, not to create entirely new concepts.
Included Revisions: Revisions include changes to typography choice, color adjustments, minor layout tweaks, font size changes, or text corrections.
Limitations: Every project package includes a specific number of revision rounds (as detailed in your specific project proposal). All revision requests must be submitted in writing within three (3) business days of receiving the drafts. Unused revision rounds do not roll over to future projects and cannot be exchanged for cash value.
8.2 Definition of Project Overhauls
A "Project Overhaul" is defined as a fundamental shift in the creative direction, strategy, or scope after a concept, brief, or milestone has already been formally approved by the Client.
What Constitutes an Overhaul: An overhaul includes, but is not limited to: requesting an entirely new design concept, changing the target audience or brand strategy mid-project, altering the core structure of a layout after approval, or requesting a completely different aesthetic style.
The Boundary: The distinction between a revision and an overhaul is determined by the foundation of the work. If fulfilling a request requires abandoning the approved creative brief or starting over on a blank canvas, it will be classified as a Project Overhaul rather than a revision.
8.3 Additional Fees and Scope Creep
The Studio reserves the right to determine whether a client request falls under a standard revision or a project overhaul.
If a request is classified as a Project Overhaul, or if the client exceeds the allotted number of revision rounds included in their package, work on the project will be paused.
A Change-Order Proposal detailing the additional fees (billed at our standard hourly rate or as a flat fee) and an updated project timeline will be issued to the Client.
No further work will commence on the overhauled direction until the Change-Order Proposal is approved and signed by the Client, and any required additional payment is settled.
9. Agreement of Service
By paying your invoice, you officially confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms in this Service Agreement. We value our partnership and want to ensure we are both protected as we build your brand together. Your payment serves as your digital signature, signaling that we are ready to begin this creative journey!
